Dr. Wendy meets with clients by appointment. A deposit of $100 is taken when a first office visit is scheduled; that fee is applied toward the first office visit. Notice of 24 hours is needed to change or cancel any appointment. Failure to cancel a first office visit within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit. You will be charged a fee of 50% of the total cost of any missed follow-up appointment if the 24-hour advance cancellation policy is not met.
Follow-up visits, phone consultations, and email
Any call or correspondence that requires new instruction/coaching, case analysis, or plan will be subject to a consultation charge. The fee is prorated according to the hourly rate of $165/hr.
Texas does NOT license Naturopathic Physicians, and because of this, Dr. Wendy CANNOT bill insurance companies and she IS NOT a preferred provider for any insurance company. Dr. Wendy is not a Medicare/Medicaid provider. Medicare/Medicaid will not reimburse you for services rendered at the clinic and you should not seek reimbursement from Medicare/Medicaid or your insurance company.
NSF checks will incur an additional $30 fee.
As an ND in a state that does not yet license naturopathic medicine, Dr. Wendy Brown Eidman does not practice medicine; she can not diagnose or treat any illness, and she is not licensed to practice medicine in the State of Texas.
